"Sherry and Matt did an excellent job finding the perfect house for us while we were only casually looking and then worked diligently to negotiate a good price for us on the new home and then simultaneously get our existing house ready to sell. We sold to the first person that saw the house. the staging of the house was important in the outcome and Sherry and Matt were very helpful and helping us get it in perfect shape. The video tour of the house was excellent. From the time we identified the house to purchase, we had purchased the new house and sold our house in less than 60 days. We were ecstatic with that outcome. We would recommend this team to anybody who is looking in the Buckhead area of Atlanta."
